Reporting Options
The University has a variety of welcoming and accessible ways for UMBC community members to raise concerns and report instances of Sexual Misconduct. While there are multiple reporting options available across the University, the University recognizes that centralized reporting, is an important tool in addressing, ending, and preventing Sexual Misconduct. You can make a report of Sexual Misconduct, directly to the Title IX Coordinator:

Reports may also be made to any University employee, identified as a Responsible Employee. Responsible Employees include, but are not limited to, all faculty, athletic administrators and coaches, and resident assistants in residential housing.

Consists of a network of trained and diverse campus volunteers, who work collaboratively to provide information about supports and resources and the University’s process, to individuals (students, faculty, and staff) who have been subjected to incidents of Sexual Misconduct and/or to individuals (students, faculty, and staff) who are reported to have engaged in Sexual Misconduct.
