Fast, frequent, convenient. Baltimore’s Light Rail and Metro Subway get you where you need to go!

Baltimore Light Rail
This north to south, above-ground system offers service from BWI Airport to Hunt Valley. It runs weekdays 5am–midnight; Saturdays 6am–midnight; and Sundays 11am–7pm. It’s the best way to visit Camden Yards, Lexington Market, and M&T Bank Stadium. The Mount Royal Avenue stop is a short walk from the Penn Station Collegetown Shuttle stop. Fare: $1.60.

Baltimore Metro Subway
The 15.5-mile, 14-station subway operates east to west from Johns Hopkins Hospital to Owings Mills. Trains run every 8–10 minutes during morning and evening peaks, 11 minutes weekday evenings, and 15 minutes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Fare: $1.60.

Washington, D.C. Metro
The DC Metrorail system runs from Monday–Thursday 5am–midnight; Friday 5am–3am; Saturday 7am–3am; and Sunday 7am–midnight. Use the Metro to visit historical sites including the Pentagon and White House. Take the Metro to Union Station for transfers to Amtrak and MARC commuter trains.
