    A Shared Mission
Baltimore Colleges and Universities for a Sustainable Environment (B’CaUSE) is a group of sustainability directors, facilities staff, educators and other campus representatives who care about environmental initiatives. The mission of B’CaUSE is to foster collaboration, share ideas and best practices, and facilitate joint projects to advance campus and regional sustainability goals.

The network meets quarterly and discusses operational issues, such as composting, energy reductions, and greenhouse gas management, as well as people focused issues such as successful communication strategies, changing campus behaviors, and engaging students.
