Maddie Wolf changed her vision a few times over the course of her Baltimore Collegetown LeaderShape experience, but ultimately decided to focus on uniting students to create positive change in Baltimore through a network of student activists. The most valuable part of the program for her was the opportunity to connect with students from different institutions across the region. “Getting to know and become friends with students outside of my school has allowed me to really open up all of my work into a larger community.”
Maddie facilitates an art group at Mosaic Community Services through MICA’s France-Merrick Fellowship and works with Real Food Farms on art-based community engagement projects. Maddie frequently uses the skills she learned at Collegetown LeaderShape and relies on her network of fellow participants as she continues to develop her vision.
