Vision: The I’m So Baltimore promotes youth development and youth (ages 15-25) empowerment; highlighting what empowers the youth through a series of documentaries, photography, and news releases in partnering with youth programs, non-profits, and universities. This campaign will seek to change the perception of Baltimore, change the negative stereotypes of the youth and bridge the gap between the media and news.
