    Collegetown LeaderShape

The Baltimore Collegetown LeaderShape program is designed for students who have a passion for service and want to be civic-minded leaders.  The program’s success is critically linked to the involvement of faculty and staff members supporting the growth and development of these passionate students.  There are several ways to engage with the LeaderShape program as a faculty or staff member:

    • Participate as a Cluster Facilitator in the Baltimore Collegetown LeaderShape program.  (Requires a year-long commitment to the program, including a 6-day overnight leadership retreat.)
    • Engage with a LeaderShape student about their vision project.  Student’s visions can connect to independent study or research, internships, volunteer projects, and more.
    • Nominate students who would be a great fit for the program. (Link to Application Process Page)
