About Office of Councilman Zeke Cohen - First District

Councilman Cohen’s office represents the constituents of Baltimore’s most culturally diverse district: Baltimore’s First District. We serve our constituents by advocating on their behalf when city agencies demand oversight; collaborating with neighborhoods to address local needs and supporting neighborhood initiatives; and passing progressive legislation that looks towards the future. Our mission is to empower residents to grow Baltimore in a way that is inclusive, equitable, and sustainable.

This is a fast-paced, all hands on deck work environment with a wide diversity of projects occurring simultaneously. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining real-world experience in government, politics, community development, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Federal Work Study is potentially available for qualifying students.
