Business Operations and Product Analyst Intern

Internship Responsibilities

At Konduit, the Business Operations and Product Analyst Intern would be responsible for a variety of tasks involving business analytics, project management, and technical operations skills. The intern will track and analyze business KPIs and product metrics, assist operations with technical troubleshooting, and monitor, maintain, and improve Konduit’s Kanban Development Board utilizing Jira. The intern would assist with general business operations tasks including systems diagramming and industry research, as well as coordinate and execute small projects for operations and marketing.

Skill Set Required

The ideal Konduit Business Operations and Product Analyst Intern would be a dynamic and well-rounded self-starter who is enthusiastic about project management and technology. While the intern will need to be able to work independently, the intern will also need strong interpersonal communication skills for sitting in on client calls and coordinating project efforts. Konduit is looking for an individual who can digest large amounts of information and distill it into concise actionable thoughts. Project Management and Agile Software Development experience would be a plus.
