About Healthy Communication

We offer training and coaching to apply the principles of Nonviolent/Compassionate Communication to assist organizations, schools & youth organizations, and couples & parents in communicating with respect and care for everyone's needs. The training and coaching tools we share offer ways to create understanding, mutual respect, compassion and cooperation while avoiding habitual communication patterns that create misunderstanding and conflict.

Nonviolent communication (NVC) is a process for communicating from the heart in a clear, transparent way while listening to others and taking everyone’s needs into consideration. It allows for a collaborative way of understanding and being.
