Interns will work closely with the Healing City Baltimore Coordinator. We are asking for a minimum of 8 hours per week, and are flexible on what days and times for the right candidate though it would be ideal if they are available Tuesday from 7-8 pm, and Thursday from 4-5 pm for community meetings, with other meetings as scheduled. Positions can start as early as September and will run through March, with the possibility for extensions. This position is currently unpaid, but we would like to be able to coordinate and offer Internship credit.
The Communications Intern will work with staff and volunteers on digital, promotional, and event media. The Communications Intern will help develop local communication initiatives and social media content, and assist in the creation of Healing City Baltimore materials.
