If you want responsibilities that scale far beyond the typical internship, consider becoming part of the Artichoke customer success and product liaison team. Our product and mission is centered around understanding the customer needs and this position places you front and center with the customers solving important problems for both user and company. As your customer acumen improves, you'll be influencing the product development process and helping to prioritize engineering work.
- Answering customer questions
- Resolving user issues
- Documenting and reporting bugs / improvement opportunities to the product team
- Assist in prioritization of engineering tasks and product initiatives
Skill Set Required
Excellent conversational writing skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Some example of project managment experience in or out of school.
The bottom line:
You'll need to learn the product and find simple solutions to user problems. Additionally, you'll need to keep listening for those golden ideas which only come from actual users suggestions and pain points.
Everything is web based by chat and email response with very occassional phone support.

No preference as long as you can write well and work with people.
