The Creative Labs is a DIY incubator for artists  and creative entrepreneurs. By providing affordable maker space and access to an evolving suite of multidisciplinary studios, we aim to help sustain successful careers in the arts to our cohort of 20+ resident artists.

The Creative Labs resides in an 18,000 sqft warehouse, located in Baltimore, MD.,  designed using up-cycled materials.

Upon completions the Labs will feature a wide variety of resources including a green screen, cyclorama, fab-lab, art gallery, design studios, conference room, paint booth, dark room, washout booth, art storage and over 5,000sqft of communal space. Integration of these resources is based on the collective needs of our resident artists and designed to adapt to the evolving demands of today’s gig economy
