Internship Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning VFC events
  • Represent VFC at marketing events
  • Assist Marketing Strategist with social media plan (collaborate on monthly social media editorial calendar, manage daily postings, create content)
  • Assist with SEO through writing blog posts; assist in maintenance of VFC’s website

Qualifications:

  • Must be computer expert (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet research etc.)
  • Have a firm understanding of available tools and platforms in the social media space
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with sponsors, customers and community contacts
  • Self-motivated, good organization skills, detailed-oriented, ability to prioritize, and multi-task and
  • Enthusiasm for the mission of Vehicles for Change and the families or interns we serve
