In 2014, Le Mondo began the process of buying three abandoned buildings at 406 – 412 North Howard Street in downtown Baltimore and transforming them into permanent space for artists including performance venues, studios, and affordable live-work residences. In 2019, Le Mondo opened its first building – a bar, multidisciplinary performance venue, and studio space – where it hosts multidisciplinary art events and nightly activities.
