Internship Responsibilities
The Events & Logistics Manager intern will support logistics for visiting Chinese medical delegations to Baltimore (multiple trips per year). Intern will assist with:
- Planning visit agendas (meetings at hospitals, social events, tours, dinners)
- Coordinating airport pickup, transportation & accommodations
- On-site support during delegation visits (~1 week/quarter)
- Remote pre/post-visit planning (~1 day/week)
Compensation: All expenses are covered during on-site support.

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Interest in cross-border business & healthcare
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Flexible availability for delegation visit weeks
Interns must be a current university student or recent graduate.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with event management
- Mandarin Chinese skills
